Adventure, Maidens, and a Disparaging Amount of Dragons

Our first to-be-published novel was completed just last night! Well, the first draft. Sandor and Olivia have been writing this thing since a few months ago. The cover is still being designed but the current placeholder will do in this stage.

The process of editing is quite simple, with Sandor and Olivia collaborating and reading the book together around the same time, recalling plot points, story beats, character quirks and so much more to ensure the novel's quality! Of course, not mentioning the grammar and spelling corrections.

Take a look at the synopsis below!

A bromantasy fantasy adventure for the hearts of maidens and beast alike, Adventures, Maidens and a Disparaging Amount of Dragons follows two best friends on a journey to avoid the dreaded fate of arranged marriage. (And the pains of being single.)

Follow Prince Cyrus Acker as his best friend Isaac Ezra aids him in his escape from an arranged marriage. However, on their adventure for love, Cyrus accidentally let's loose a swarm of dragons on a local villa. Now, with a ticket to the dungeons of Rairea on his head, Isaac and Cyrus have to find a way to restore their reputation in their home kingdom and maybe even find a pair of fair maidens to marry before their time runs up!

Numerous factors complicate their adventure. An evil wicked witch that stalks them with magical moths, an undead apocalypse raised by the cave-dwelling hag, a legion of dragons waging a rebellion on the distant volcano island-nation of Astarth, and a scarily cheerful forest fairy there to aid the two on their quest. As more secrets are discovered of Cyrus' royal family, his friendship between Isaac and the entire kingdom of Rairea is strained.

Is there friendship one meant to be sailed into a happy future, or one to be sunk in the midst of kingdom-wide conflict?

Sounds cool, right?

When can you expect to see this book? Speeng's eye is on November but you never know what might come up. If those two authors stay on track like I think they will, November would be a very reasonable amount of time to begin marketing and start the publication process. You'll be able to find it on Amazon and a few other self-publishing markets similar to it.

Keep an eye on the Tik Tok and Twitter accounts for more news and more stupid rants from our resident head writer, Sandor!
